Margie Grandinetti

Biography

Margie Grandinetti provides strategic leadership and support as associate vice president of human resources in developing and implementing HR plans, policies, and initiatives that align with the university’s vision and mission.  As a member of the President’s Cabinet, she maintains responsibility for the planning and execution of key HR functions within the University, such as recruitment, benefits, compensation, classification and employee relations.

Margie earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education and master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from The Pennsylvania State University.  She lives in Bethlehem with her husband, a proud Allentown College graduate, and her two daughters, the eldest also a proud DSU alum.
